You should be writing, remember?
Just write. You don’t need an hour-long slot. Three minutes a day is all it takes⏰.
If you keep telling yourself “I should be writing” but never start, this is for you!
According to James Clear’s “Atomic Habits” the best way to build a habit is to start small.
⏱️ We suggest, Saga’s 3-Minute Routine ⏱️

1️⃣ Choose something you do every workday in a consistent time:
Your morning coffee ☕, locking the front door 🔑, closing your work laptop…
It is best to choose either the ritual that starts your workday or the one that ends it.
2️⃣Start a 3-minute timer 🕒:
Each day, right after the chosen cue, start writing for 3 minutes.
Type without pausing. No planning. No edits.
Just writing.
3️⃣ Stop on the beep 🛑:
Save. Close. Done.
(Okay, a quick polish is fine… just don’t drain tomorrow’s willpower!)
Micro-sessions turn into identity: a writer who shows up every day.
✨ Consistency ≫ word count. ✨
Once the three-minute habit feels automatic, nudge it to 5 min, 10 min, whole chapters… But only after the three-minute habit is rock-solid!
